Strategic Program Director

Reporting to the Program Director Lead of Americas, the Strategic Program Director plays a pivotal role in translating corporate strategy into high-impact programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence, innovation, and business growth. This role is integral to aligning strategic objectives with execution, ensuring that CellPoint Digital remains at the forefront of the fintech industry by adapting to market changes, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable business value.

With a cross-functional leadership focus, the Strategic Program Director will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with tangible results.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Strategic Program Management

• Develop and lead mission-critical programs that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Ensure seamless execution of initiatives that drive innovation, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize strategic projects and establish clear success criteria.
• Oversee multiple, complex programs with a high degree of impact on the organization.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans to ensure structured execution.
• Provide hands-on leadership to project managers and functional teams, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Optimize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce roadblocks across projects.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and adjust strategies to ensure maximum impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate transparent and proactive communication, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed on program progress.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, driving a culture of accountability and shared success.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Identify potential risks early in the process and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster a solution-oriented mindset, enabling teams to navigate challenges and remain agile in execution.
• Ensure all compliance, governance, and quality standards are met in program delivery.

Financial & Resource Management

• Collaborate closely with finance teams to develop, monitor, and optimize program budgets.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness while maximizing return on investment for all strategic initiatives.
• Track financial performance and make data-driven recommendations for efficiency improvements.

Performance Metrics & Impact Analysis

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
• Deliver insightful reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Conduct post-program evaluations to extract key lessons and refine future initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring program management frameworks remain agile and effective.
