Construction Laborer – Civils

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Construction Laborers at CellSite Solutions perform general construction and maintenance work related to telecommunications. Under the direction of a crew lead, the main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to pouring concrete, digging holes and trenches, installing underground conduit and wiring, building and repairing fencing, performing basic electrical and mechanical work, and other field construction activities. This position is the face of our company and delivers high-quality results to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Travel is required, up to 2-week deployments at a time
• Operate hand and power tools
• Operate construction equipment 
• Must be a team player with good communication skills and display professionalism 
• Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.  
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds at a time. 
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.  
• Must be able to function a tablet and smartphone to access prints, emails, and photos

Education and Experience:

• Prior job experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required, CDL preferred

This position is hourly and eligible for overtime. Pay is based on skills and experience, with room for advancement. This is a traveling position that is done in a company vehicle. The company also pays for travel time and per diem.
