Position Summary

In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team. Ideal candidates should have a creative, analytical mindset and be driven to enhance existing processes. Your ability to accept constructive feedback will help you improve both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads that are distributed.
  • Generate store traffic and support market success.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and text communication.
  • Assist the sales team by generating valuable sales leads.
  • Utilize communication scripts for various topics.
  • Conduct research to acquire necessary information from available resources.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a receptive mindset towards feedback and utilize it for personal growth.

    Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills.
  • Personal Attributes :

  • Positive outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least two years of related work experience.
