Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales force. We seek creative and analytical thinkers who are open to feedback and dedicated to improving processes for greater efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads to maximize opportunities.
  • Enhance store traffic and contribute to overall market success.
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and text efficiently.
  • Generate valuable sales leads to support the sales team.
  • Adhere to communication scripts for various topics.
  • Research information using available resources to assist customers.
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
  • Embrace constructive feedback for personal and professional growth.

    Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred prior office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills, including 10-key.
