JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Sales Incentive Program Coordinator is to support the planning, execution, and management of key sales programs and events. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the annual President's Club trip, the Elevate program, Circle of Excellence experience, and more. The coordinator will also play a key role in maintaining vendor relationships and engaging with the Rewards Gateway platform.
Essential Functions
1. President's Club Trip Coordination:a. Support the planning, organization, and execution of the annual President's Club trip for top-performing sales representatives.b. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event logistics, travel arrangements, and overall experience meet the needs and expectations of attendees.
2. Elevate Program Asset Management:a. Create, manage, and maintain program assets for the Elevate program, ensuring all materials are on-brand, up to date, and effectively communicate the program’s goals.b. Develop and distribute resources, such as program guides, email communications, and promotional materials.
3. Quarterly Elevate Events:a. Work closely with market teams to organize and execute quarterly Elevate events, ensuring successful promotion and participation across different regions.b. Handle all event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and event-day coordination.
4. Circle of Excellence Experience:a. Guide the Circle of Excellence (COE) experience for top performers, ensuring recognition and engagement throughout the program.b. Coordinate the creation of recognition materials and track participant achievements to enhance the COE experience.
5. Vendor Relationship Management:a. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery of event services, promotional items, and program materials.b. Manage vendor contracts and oversee the budget to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
6. Rewards Gateway Platform Engagement:a. Monitor and maintain engagement with the Rewards Gateway platform, ensuring employees are aware of and utilizing available rewards and recognition opportunities.b. Assist in updating the platform and communicating relevant program updates to participants.

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.2. 2 years of experience in sales, sales incentive program or event coordination role.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. 4 year degree2. Proven experience in event planning, program coordination, or sales operations.3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software.7. Previous experience with sales incentives, rewards programs, or employee engagement platforms is a plus.
