Essential Functions :
- Report to the Regional President while closely collaborating with General Managers and Sales Team Leaders to fully understand the hiring needs for each assigned area, achieving competitive hiring goals.
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle across various sales roles, assisting leadership in identifying, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, maintaining a database of qualified active and passive talent for new roles.
- Engage proactively within your assigned territory to effectively anticipate hiring needs.
- Work together with the Regional President and General Managers to craft, improve, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Stay engaged with current job boards, social networks, educational institutions, and other creative platforms to attract talent.
- Enhance and maximize existing employee referral programs.
