Cellular Sales is growing and seeking a top-tier Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build exceptional sales teams!

Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000 / year (based on experience) performance incentives

Essential Functions :

  • Report to the Regional President while closely collaborating with General Managers and Sales Team Leaders to fully understand the hiring needs for each assigned area, achieving competitive hiring goals.
  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle across various sales roles, assisting leadership in identifying, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, maintaining a database of qualified active and passive talent for new roles.
  • Engage proactively within your assigned territory to effectively anticipate hiring needs.
  • Work together with the Regional President and General Managers to craft, improve, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay engaged with current job boards, social networks, educational institutions, and other creative platforms to attract talent.
  • Enhance and maximize existing employee referral programs.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with current sales teams and leadership to thoroughly understand hiring needs and team culture.
  • Manage and grow social media and job board presence for open positions.
  • Utilize diverse recruiting sources and execute creative strategies to identify quality candidates.
  • Stay informed of innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and candidates, qualifying, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the interview process from preparation to scheduling final interviews.
  • Maintain the ATS (ICIMS) database with records of candidates, including both active and passive prospects, and track hiring progress.
  • Meet recruitment metrics for activities such as contacts, referrals, interviews, offers, and training.
  • Follow up on interview statuses and update relevant records in internal databases and onboarding systems.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of internet searches, campus recruiting, and talent sourcing; proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
  • Familiarity with job boards and database management.
  • The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, high energy, and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated market.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with content management systems or applicant tracking databases.
  • Experience in conducting various types of interviews (e.g., phone, video).
  • Experience in developing recruiting strategies.
  • A desire to advance professionally at Cellular Sales through networking and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Work Environment : This position is based in a professional office / retail setting.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position, with days and hours varying based on recruitment objectives.

    Travel : Up to 50%.
