Temporary to Permanent Position - This is a full time salary position. Job Overview:
CELS Brands is seeking an experienced Omni Chanel E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across multiple platforms, including direct-to-consumer websites, third-party marketplaces, and major retail partner platforms such as Amazon and Nordstrom.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multi-channel e-commerce operation with a focus on maximizing revenue, enhancing the customer experience, merchandising planning, and managing operations across Shopify, Amazon, Nordstrom.com, and other key channels. A background in fashion retail and Shopify is essential, along with experience in managing third-party e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a multi-channel e-commerce strategy for CELS Brands across owned websites, marketplaces, and retail partner platforms.
    • Lead efforts to drive revenue growth, optimize conversions, and enhance brand visibility across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Nordstrom.com, and other third-party channels.
    • Identify new opportunities for expansion in emerging e-commerce marketplaces and global platforms.
  • Platform & Technology Management:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of Shopify stores, ensuring best-in-class user experience, design, and functionality.
    • Manage and optimize listings, content, pricing, and promotional strategies for Amazon, Nordstrom.com, and other partner platforms.
    • Implement and oversee integrations between e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment across all channels.
  • Customer Experience & Optimization:
    • Lead efforts to improve the overall customer journey, personalization, and omnichannel experience across owned sites and partner platforms.
    • Leverage analytics to continuously optimize product pages, search rankings, and product discoverability on Amazon and Nordstrom.com.
    • Ensure seamless mobile and desktop performance, with a focus on increasing traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention across all digital touchpoints.
  • Marketplace Management (Amazon, Nordstrom.com, and Others):
    • Oversee all aspects of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including product listings, keyword optimization, and marketing campaigns (AMS).
    • Manage operations on Nordstrom.com, optimizing product assortment, promotions, and collaborations with the platform’s merchandising and marketing teams.
    • Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines, maintain competitive pricing strategies, and manage product fulfillment, including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and third-party logistics for partner platforms.
  • Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions across all platforms through SEO, SEM, Amazon Advertising, and other paid media campaigns.
    • Develop strategies for email marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations to support brand growth and engagement.
    • Leverage performance data from Amazon and Nordstrom.com to adjust marketing spend and strategies in real-time for optimal ROI.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, including roles focused on marketplace management, digital merchandising, development, and customer service.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, logistics, and customer support to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for team performance, ensuring accountability in achieving revenue, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment across all channels.
    • Manage stock allocation between Shopify stores and third-party marketplaces, ensuring optimal availability without overstocking.
    • Optimize fulfillment strategies, including BOPIS, ship-from-store, and other omnichannel fulfillment options.
  • Budgeting & Reporting:
    • Manage the e-commerce budget, overseeing forecasting, financial planning, and P&L for each channel.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on key metrics including sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and performance across Amazon and Nordstrom.com.
    • Make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to improve channel performance and overall profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on fashion retail and multi-channel operations.
  • Proven experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and managing accounts on major retail platforms like Nordstrom.com.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability across direct-to-consumer and marketplace platforms.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising, SEO, SEM, and experience optimizing marketplace listings and content.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies including paid search, display ads, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to manage budgets and report on performance metrics.
