DESCRIPTION:
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the management and oversight of the company's fleet operations. You will collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to develop and enhance standards for fleet maintenance, acquisition, compliance, and disposal of company-owned vehicles. The Fleet Administrator ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting key operational functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain fleet program content and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, recalls, and service compliance, tracking maintenance records to ensure asset longevity.
- Develop fleet policies and procedures, making recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Manage vehicle acquisition and disposal, negotiating cost-effective purchases and maintaining optimal fleet performance.
- Track and report on fleet performance metrics, including maintenance costs, driver monitoring, and vehicle utilization.
- Collaborate with business unit managers to coordinate and streamline fleet maintenance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for repair vendors, managing the repair claim process and scheduling necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State DOT regulations, as well as Health & Safety Trucking Standards.
- Work cross-functionally with HR and General Counsel to track and maintain compliance requirements for fleet operations.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership, identifying industry trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent field experience.
- Prior experience in fleet management, including insurance claims and compliance processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with fleet management software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office Suite products.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various operational demands effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a team-player attitude and work ethic.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
