The Production Artist plays a critical role in translating creative concepts into polished deliverables across multiple mediums. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in production-ready assets for packaging, digital marketing, and promotional materials, while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

- Collaborate with the design team to adapt concepts into various formats for print and digital platforms
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Ensure all materials align with the company's visual identity and messaging
- Proof artwork and designs for accuracy, ensuring correct file specifications for printers and vendors
- Perform image retouching, color corrections, and layout adjustments as needed
- Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Communicate technical specifications and troubleshoot issues related to file preparation or production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Implement process improvements to streamline production workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in a production artist or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or beverage industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of print production, color management, and digital design principles.
- Familiarity with prepress processes and file preparation for various printing techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with packaging design in the beverage area and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of beverage industry trends and consumer preferences
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or web design is a plus
