Description

As a Foodservice Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building the Celsius Brand on a regional basis by partnering with our primary distribution partner, Pepsi Bottling Company and affiliated independent Pepsi Bottlers.


The Regional Sales Manager must work closely with the Pepsi System as they have a direct selling relationship in many cases with the end customer. Strong analytic and presentation skills are a requirement for this position. This role is responsible for delivering distribution, volume and revenue targets assigned to the region, along with driving execution and new product launches via the Pepsi System.


She/he will develop sales objectives, prepare, and execute product programs, analyze, and evaluate the status of the company’s products as well as the competitive environment on an ongoing basis. This role will require strong linkage with Celsius Field Marketing for creation and execution of relevant sponsorship and sampling opportunities. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of the Pepsi Bottler landscape and knowledge of the bottler’s roles and rights under their agreements with PepsiCo.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the business performance of assigned region both short and long-term.
  • Execute Joint Business Planning with both key regional customers and PepsiCo account teams, develop Annual Operating Plans, and provide input into 3 Year Strategic Foodservice Plan.
  • Develop and present creative and results oriented presentations to Customers, Bottler teams
  • Maintain close customer contact in conjunction with Bottler’s to expedite resolution of customer problems/complaints and to improve overall customer relations and grow sales volume
  • Review and evaluate bottler performance in achieving sales and merchandising objectives through specific objectives that are clearly articulated, mutually agreed upon and effectively measured.
  • Work closely with Celsius Finance and Legal Teams to ensure that all customer related funding and marketing proposals are compliant with Celsius internal policies and procedures.
  • Actively engage Celsius Marketing to create compelling promotional opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate Regional Updates and Customer Plans to Celsius Field and Regional DSD Teams for execution and amplification.
  • Maintain a high level of interaction with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction, educate on product line and category developments and trends, as well as maintain a full understanding of key customers’ organizations.
  • Maintain thorough and current understanding of existing and projected product lines, category trends of key trade customers, of competitors and the marketplace in general.
  • Leverage both syndicated and custom research to build fact based selling stories.
  • Forecast by brand and designated packaging, volume expected from assigned region monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Complete all required accounting and administrative responsibilities for HQ.

Salary : $67,000 - $80,000
