Celski & Lindburg, PLLC is looking for a full time, bilingual paralegal to join our dynamic team. Formerly Celski Law Firm, we have been established in Kennewick for 18 years. Looking for the right people to help us expand! We pride ourselves on flexibility and encourage all candidates interested in the Rule 6 Law Clerk Program to apply. As part of our team, your role will be to assist your assigned attorney with their caseload (civil/personal injury primarily) and assist throughout the office on an as-needed basis. Paralegals are the backbone of a law firm and we are hoping to find the right person who wants longevity with our team.

Duties and Expectations:
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as a team
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to maintain attorney calendar and docket
- Ability to conduct legal research and writing
- Assistance with answering phones
- Assisting attorney(s) with client communication, filing, document drafting, and any other tasks
- Tracking deadlines
- Maintaining client files
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. The right candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in high pressure situations, experience with civil litigation is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Prior experience in other areas of law would be acceptable if candidate is willing to learn and be trained. Rate of pay will be determined by the candidate's experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (1 hour for lunch)
