Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all EDI, fax, and e-mail work orders into the Integra system and scanned for reference
- Rail Tracing
- Appointments will be scheduled accordingly based on tracing
- Advise dispatch of any pre-plans as they will ground overnight for next morning
- Plan appointments by work load and last free day to avoid storage
- Advise dispatch of pre-scheduled appointment so they can maximize drivers
- Integra System
- Copy & paste all e-mails related to order in the system notes
- Pre-plans: add pick-up number, note ETG, and notify dispatch
- CSR will scan documents all documents to the appropriate location
- CSR will verify an adequate supply is on hand weekly
- Once verified, CSR will proceed with filing by reference number
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
- Managing a large volume of incoming calls and emails
- Managing customers’ accounts
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Education and Experience:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience
- Two years of industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
