We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with an overview of the dining options available.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently while maintaining an organized seating chart.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing overall guest relations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
- Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to optimize seating capacity.
- Utilize POS systems for reservation management and guest tracking as needed.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette to handle reservations and inquiries professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
