We are seeking an experienced account services professional to join our Client Services team and work alongside a creative and collaborative group of advertising professionals. The ideal candidate will dive headfirst into understanding the businesses of our B2B clients and take on each day energized to drive their success by guiding the planning, budgeting and execution of our advertising campaigns and marketing programs.
Must have:
• College degree in marketing, advertising or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in advertising account oversight
• B2B marketing
• Excellent leadership and verbal skills, and the ability to establish both strong internal team and client relationships
• Marketing strategy and planning abilities inclusive of presentations, proposals and marketing plans development – Proven ability to champion your ideas
• Effective project management from client engagement to team execution, delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget
• Independently lead client accounts, while aligning with guidance from Director of Client Services to ensure strategy and goals are met
• Strong presentation and writing skills
• Brings a high-energy, dynamic personality, with a strong drive to every project
• Efficient time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
1) Manage clients including development of strategic marketing plans and budgets, managing projects through the agency and delivering the highest quality advertising and digital programs to clients.
2) Manage communication from client to agency personnel including direction, instruction and information to meet client expectations, budgets and deadlines.
3) Develop client campaigns backed by strong creative briefs and strategy.
4) Develop strong client relationships to foster trust and alignment.
5) Lead in the creation and delivery of impactful client presentations.
6) Present tactical timelines to ensure the highest quality execution of marketing tactics.
7) Serve as the agency's primary representative to the client, guiding decision-making and driving brand growth.
8) Contribute to culture of the agency through cooperative nature and energy.
9) Additional projects as required.
