Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of properties.
- Ensure the portfolio and individual communities meet established operational, financial, and business performance goals.
- Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement action plans for achieving performance targets.
- Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present property performance reports to ownership and senior management.
- Drive tenant retention programs and address tenant concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
- Oversee maintenance programs and ensure compliance with all relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
- Foster professional growth and development of team members, including training initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Stay current with market trends and identify opportunities for property improvement and innovation.
