JOB SUMMARY: |

As an instructor in the CELTS Swim School Special Abilities and Adaptive Swim program, your primary responsibility is to provide swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, including both children and adults. You will work under the direct supervision of the Pool Manager or Site Supervisor to ensure that all lessons are conducted in accordance with CELTS Inclusion Aquatics standards and program requirements. |

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: |

As part of this job, the employee will frequently need to walk, stand, sit, and communicate verbally. They may also need to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls and reach with their arms. At times, the employee may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They may also need to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. This job requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be exposed to both wet and dry conditions, as well as heat, sun, and rain. The noise level in the work environment can be loud when inside the facility. |
