Electronic Assembly Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. The electronic assembly inspector will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and adherence to quality control procedures.

Duties:
-Visual inspection of PCBA under a magnifier and microscope
- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision measuring instruments
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Verify specified value, polarity, color codes, marking of BGA, and pin-through hole parts
-Perform Final Inspection on finished product to ensure compliance to customer requirements.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Must be familiar with IPC-A-610 inspection criteria for PCBA’s
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines
- Understanding of SMT Inspection Practices and proper Printed Circuit Board handling techniques.
- Understanding ESD and safety practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience in AOI inspection a plus
