Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electronic Assembly Inspector to join our team. The inspector will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and strict adherence to quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform visual inspections of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) under a magnifier and microscope.
· Conduct measurements and tests using precision measuring instruments.
· Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records.
· Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
· Verify specified values, polarity, color codes, markings of BGA, and through-hole components.
· Perform Final Inspection on finished products to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in an inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with IPC-A-610 inspection criteria for PCBAs. Current certification is a plus.
· Experience with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
· Understanding of SMT inspection practices and proper Printed Circuit Board handling techniques.
· Knowledge of ESD protocols and safety practices.
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and non-conformities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Experience with AOI inspection is a plus.
