Detailed Description:
Filling of aggregate bins with loader.
- Operation of batch mixing system and aggregate weighing system.
- Operation of concrete mixer.
- Welding of steel reinforcement cages and bell expander operation.
- Operation of Bi-Di Pipe Machine.
- Kiln and steam generator operation.
- Document work needed and repair of plant equipment.
- Finishing products: patch material application, protective coating application, and label application.
- Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.
- Carefully and safely storing forms, materials, and supplies.
- Using lifting equipment and forklifts safely.
- Loading of delivery trucks.
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery.
- Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work as part of the team.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
- Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
