SUMMARY
Provide support to internal and outside sales of company products in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring proper recording and processing of sales by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process all job quotes in a timely manner.
- Process all stock job quote programs and send detailed information to sales reps and CSR’s.
- Maintain and file all job quotes, job quote levels, pricing, and other related documents on a regular basis.
- Run job quote reports for sales reps and other reports as needed.
- Communicate closely with CSR’s and OSR regarding market conditions, part price changes, price increases and job escalators.
- Support and cover customer system price change updates when required.
- Support and cover customer service order desk as needed.
- Assist customer service and sales reps with research involving job quotes, pricing, invoicing, and material returns as needed.
- Special projects - compile information for reports, computer projects and other projects as scheduled or needed.
- Answer operator’s general incoming calls when needed while providing a response or redirecting the call to the appropriate party.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have computer knowledge, Word, Excel and a minimum of 60/wpm typing skill.
REASONING ABI LITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
SKILLS
Language: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Reasoning: Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Other: Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
