PURPOSE OF POSITION

Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies and communications. The Director of Marketing will also coordinate public relations activities, both external and internal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will be responsible for creating/improving marketing and measure the success of all marketing and communication programs, including but not limited to:

• Social Media
• Internal communications/announcements
• Company Press Releases
• Promote internal job openings
• Website development
• Ability to maintain a consistent image for the company
• Develop fresh story ideas
• Maintain and work with trade show and convention personnel

• Be able to write, edit and create content as needed for internal purposes as well as external.
• Maintain solid communication internally, and externally as applicable, by being exceptionally organized, structuring and prioritizing workload, and helping the team stay focused on key priorities and deadlines.
• Create and maintain overall project timelines by negotiating timing and maintaining timely and frequent communication with team members.
• Understand internal and client-specific financial requirements - including cost monitoring, monthly billing, and final reconciliation.
• Provide detailed tracking of project status including revisions, approvals, and costs.
• Be responsible for operational and financial relationships with external vendors as applicable including negotiations, invoices, quotes, etc.
• Integrate AI into division when possible.

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Marketing, Communication, etc.)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience – Agency experience preferred.
• Both Traditional and Digital experience preferred.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in Word Press preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Solid decision-making skills; ready to identify and perform job functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, graphic design, public relations, or other similar and relevant job function.
• Interface with Cemen Tech employees, clients, and dealers daily.
• Design and implement both company and client websites/template offerings from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
• Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layout through html/CSS to a custom theme, functions, and plugins
• Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
• Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline WordPress development cycle
• HubSpot (CRM) programming – setting up reports, developing online forms, workflows, daily maintenance
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite for as needed for product sheets and online forms
• Write clean, well-documented code
• Ensure that we meet 'go-live' deadlines for all sites
• Experience using Social Media is required.
• Strong writing, proofing, and editing abilities.
• Strong communication and data analysis abilities in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask multiple projects and events going at any given time.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively communicate with upper management.
