Key Responsibilities:
- Retain existing customers and market share while seeking new opportunities for growth.
- Sell Cemstone's complete product line and services to existing customers, integrating colleagues as needed.
- Prepare quotations for Cemstone-related products and services using plans and specifications.
- Promote Cemstone products and services to targeted audiences via presentations, seminars, and trade shows.
- Advise on specifying Cemstone products and services on projects and master specifications.
- Market the environmental benefits of concrete and concrete-related systems.
- Perform administrative functions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet Cemstone's financial requirements.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Collect accounts receivable owed to Cemstone, if necessary.
- Demonstrate leadership in establishing positive relationships with key customers and Cemstone personnel.
Requirements:
- Be creative, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Have extensive knowledge of the concrete industry and related construction materials.
- Effectively communicate with customers, specifiers, and owners.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office software and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management or relevant field.
- Background in concrete materials as a structural component.
