Cemstone seeks a skilled Ready Mix Truck Driver to deliver ready-mixed concrete and associated products to construction sites in the upper midwest region. This position requires strong safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive ready-mix trucks to construction sites, adhering to D.O.T. regulations and company safety protocols.
- Fill water tanks, charge mixers, and add necessary ingredients as specified on delivery tickets.
- Place chutes and ensure safe discharge of products.
- Complete paperwork and collect moneys as required.
- Communicate with dispatch through a two-way radio and truck status signaling system.
- Valid CDL Class A or B.
- Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation drug screen and physical.
- DOT Medical Card.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
