Summary
As an Operations Officer at CenBank, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring the delivery of top-notch banking services. This position is essential for driving success through training, development and supporting the strategic goals of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the CFO to develop and implement employee training procedures and system applications.
- Balance bank specific accounts, complete internal audit duties, oversee compliance of bank regulations and procedures.
- Find solutions for customer questions regarding account access and bank software (Online Banking, Remote Deposit, Mobile Banking, etc.).
- Become well versed in the bank's core processing system and other essential software programs through provided training to become a resource for bank staff.
- Communicate effectively with the CFO daily regarding issues or problems for both customers and bank staff.
- Supervise staff to ensure expectations are met and procedures are followed.
- Daily bank entries, data input, teller line and new account support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to speak effectively with end users while troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues via phone, in person, or email.
- Proven experience in operations management within the banking sector or a similar field.
- Occasional travel to all bank locations to perform duties including training and troubleshooting.
