As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process while adhering to Head Start/Early Head Start and PA Pre-K Counts Standards.
Position Details:
- Division: Early Childhood
- Department: Enrollment
- Status: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Location: 50 Bigler Road, Woodland, PA 16881
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, year-round
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications and verify documentation for enrollment.
- Prepare and maintain class lists and waiting lists per program regulations.
- Assist families with the enrollment process and provide necessary information.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, paperwork, and meetings.
- Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR three years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain required clearances before hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and community agencies.
- Knowledge of Head Start and Pre-K regulations (preferred).
