We have a position available at our MH/SUD outpatient facility located in Clearfield, PA
Hours
- Full-time preferred; part-time opportunities available.
- Full-time positions work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
- This includes evenings availability at least twice per week until 7 pm.
- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
- Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
- Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
- Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
- Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
- Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
- Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
- Billable requirement of 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek
- Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT OR
- Licensed Eligible Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services), or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
