CenClear, a provider of Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) services, is seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists to join the team. The goal of our program is to keep families together by promoting family unity and working towards reducing out-of-home placement. This strength-based approach to treatment allows families to remain together while accessing external supports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals aged 4 to 21 and their families in collaboration with members of the treatment team through case management, crisis intervention, and direct clinical therapy. Hours

• This is a full-time position.
• 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human service or related field including psychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 1-year Child and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience -or-
• Master’s degree in human services or related field including psychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 2-YearsChild and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience
• Training in family therapy and specifically Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plus
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
