Position Details
- Division: Behavioral Health
- Program: Community and School-based Behavioral Health
- Status: Full-time, Salaried Exempt
- Location: West Branch Middle School, located in Morrisdale PA requires travel within the community
- Hours: 40 hours per week, year-round includes daytime school coverage and evening availability at least twice per week to meet client needs

- Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field (with practicum or internship experience).
- At least 2 years of experience working with children in a mental health setting (preferred).
- License-eligible or currently licensed (LPC, LSW, LCSW, NCC).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs.
- Must obtain PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporter Certificate before hire.
- Reliable transportation for travel within the community.
- Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours based on the client’s needs
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Provide behavioral and therapeutic support to clients, utilizing trauma-informed care.
- Assess client and family functioning and develop strength-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community resources to ensure holistic care.
- Offer consultation and training to school staff on behavioral health issues.
- Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and provide guidance on client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards.
- Provide on-call crisis support on a rotating basis.
