Senior Manager of Warehouse and Supply Chain (Malvern, PA)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Manager of Warehouse and Supply Chain to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and to maximize efficiency and productivity of our warehouses.  

JOB DUTIES

• Warehouse strategy development, process re-engineering, supply chain management, and improvements in the logistics function including receiving, shipping, storage, transportation and fulfillment.
• Develop and implement quality control and logistics strategy that results in on time and accurate deliveries to our project teams and clients.
• Manage annual inventory and cycle count accuracy across all warehousing locations and maintain all material master information within the ERP system.
• Provide leadership to the overall warehouse team to improve the performance and functionality of the logistics function.
• Develop and track logistics KPI’s and taking action to improve these measurables.
• Manage our fleet of vehicles company-wide, including capital budget, adhering to DOT requirements and the gas card program.
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, MIS, or related field.  An MBA is strongly preferred
• Professional certification such as CPIM is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain experience is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a multi-site Supply Chain operation, preferably working with a major ERP package such as Dynamics GP
• Must have people management experience
• Audio-Visual industry experience strongly desired
• Proven computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel MS-Access and related programs required
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar programs is preferred
• Experience in procurement involving planning, managing, and purchasing goods and services from external suppliers is helpful
• Ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Systems oriented individual 
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel to field sites
• Specific experience with the improvement in processes, systems and function of a Warehouse

• Strong preference for those who have worked in industries such as Audio Visual, Security, Construction or similar project centric environments

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard; and talk or hear.  Required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
• Operate all necessary mechanisms to safely drive motor vehicles
• Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The position is primarily based in our Malvern, PA headquarters. This position includes occasional travel within an approximate two-hour radius assigned office and may require out of state/overnight travel. Out of office environments may include other Cenero offices, educational buildings, corporate office buildings, government locations, and construction sites.  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
