Job Summary :
Responsible for assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 08 : 00am - 4 : 30pm (Weekends maybe requested to work)
Hourly Range : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience )
Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Receiving and directing visitors and clients.
- Making travel and meeting arrangements.
- Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems.
- Handling requests for information and data.
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and data entry.
- Resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
