What You'll Do Here
Enrollment Consultants play a vital role in driving sales revenue for our Ed2go continuing education and career training programs. As an Enrollment Consultant, you will be responsible for prioritizing qualified leads generated through various channels, including our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone. Your primary objective will be to match prospective students with the most suitable program while ensuring a top-notch customer experience at every touchpoint.
As an Enrollment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes and infrastructure deliver on that promise. If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, customer service, and education, we want to hear from you!

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will
- Be skilled in asking appropriate and probing questions, overcoming objections, and managing your time effectively.
- Be proficient in navigating sites and applications and technically literate.
- Advise prospective students on how our programs can meet their educational and career needs
- Guide qualified applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.
- Be responsible for completing all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback, and team territory management activities
- Manage your pipeline effectively to meet or exceed enrollment objectives
Skills you will need here:
- Technical proficiency; ability to navigate sites and applications; technically literate
- Prior Student Admissions/ Enrollment/Inside Sales Experience
- Proven success in prior customer facing role
- Some college course work or degree
