What you'll do here :
- Manage our Skills and Bootcamp roadmaps
- Think methodically about learning objectives and how they map to skills and job roles
- Work closely with our Senior Cybersecurity Researcher and SME
- Review outlines, videos, assessments, technical articles and projects for technical accuracy.
- Be a key contributor to our AI strategy for content and product innovation.
- Act as the primary liaison between content and product teams.
- Be the team lead for Canvas implementations and knowledge.
- Map all content to the NICE framework and to our Infosec Roles
- Update and manage all Boot Camp content and the processes for Bootcamp and Skills content and ensuring they align either through direct contribution or managing partners.
- Contribute to the review of Cyber Range content for technical accuracy and seek areas to improve and expand content selections
- Work with other subject matter experts on curriculum updates
- Work with internal teams to identify and address areas for improvement on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure content alignment with learning objectives
- Find opportunities for process improvements, using data to measure impact.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
