The Client Relations Intern engages in meaningful work in a collaborative environment within the Client Relations and Client Management organizations. The intern will have the opportunity to participate in preparing marketing materials for business development prospecting efforts and industry conferences, and presentation materials for the Investor Relations team that works closely with our rating and government agencies. You’ll also engage in activities designed to enhance your professional development and understanding of Cenlar and the mortgage subservicing industry.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the marketing process to create materials for business development executive prospecting efforts
- Research potential prospecting targets that fit the profile of qualified targets
- Work with Client Relations and Client Management in developing materials to remarket Cenlar and their expanding offerings to existing clients
- Create marketing slip sheets for specific and unique offerings to be used at conferences
- Participate in the development of presentation materials for the Investor Relations team that works closely with rating agencies and government agencies
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk.
- Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred)
- Well-developed analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Must be able to work in a team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be dependable, able to meet deadlines, and have willingness to work overtime as needed
