What are the responsibilities and job description for the UIPath Developer Sr. position at Cenlar?
The Developers are responsible for application development and modification / maintenance of applications. These positions have an in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. The Developers work closely with business partners and other Technology areas in delivering technical solutions. These roles are responsible for application development (including middleware and legacy / mainframe systems), ETL solutions and reports.
Responsibilities :
- Works within the Automation CoE (ROM - Robotics Operating Model) using UiPath industry best practices
- Collaborates with Business SMEs, Business Analysts, Process Architects as part of the Automation delivery process
- Design, develop, configure, unit test, release management, change management and operations support of automations and UiPath BOTs
- Mentor and support junior developers and peers
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
