We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time/Contract HR and Recruitment Specialist to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR functions. This flexible position is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to a growing organization while balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for a variety of roles, including specialized positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and successful hiring process.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee relations matters and provide conflict resolution as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and uphold confidentiality.
- Assist in developing training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a flexible schedule.
- Experience in the distribution, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
