About this opportunity :
Cenovus is hiring a Trader Analyst to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. The Trader Analyst will be responsible for various trading support functions for RINs, gasoline and diesel, including : trade analysis, price and cash forecasting, pricing support, and risk mitigation. The Trader Analyst will also manage entry of trades into the ETRM systems and execute inter book deals with internal counterparties.
What you'll do :
- Provide trade analysis for gasolines, distillates and RINs
- Assist with pricing products with varying degrees of renewable content (ex. B5 vs B10 vs B20)
- Track and forecast cash inlays & outlays for RIN transactions
- Manages entry of trades between ETRM system and analytics tools
- Execute inter book deals for RINs, gasoline and distillates
- Tracking & forecasting relevant prices and spreads to advise on RIN purchases
- Identify and communicate operational risk, define risk mitigating measures and priorities
