What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Applications Administrator position at Censis?
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Enterprise Applications Administrator to join our growing organization. This role will focus on the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce, as well as the integration and management of other enterprise applications such as Zendesk, GainSight, Jira, and TaskRay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and a keen interest in automating data sync to ensure accurate records across business systems.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage data to improve quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Design and manage the integration of various software applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability within the enterprise's IT ecosystem.
- Implement configuration changes in Salesforce (including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, Sales Cloud) and Zendesk (triggers, automations, fields, etc.) and other platforms.
- Own the prioritization and communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders, including leading Change Control Board meetings.
- Serve as liaison between the business and technical teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current business performance and future improvements.
- Collaborate with Information Security colleagues to support user and license management—including user access review, roles, profiles, permissions, groups, and sharing rules—ensuring that applications comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate project resources (including third-party resources) to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to application functionality, and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency with enterprise applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, integrations, and user guides, and generate reports on application performance to inform decision-making.
- Leverage AI capabilities within Salesforce and other enterprise applications to improve automation, customer insights, and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Sales Operations, and/or Business Intelligence Analytics.
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise application integrations using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally through influence and without authority.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload.
- Ability to translate customer needs and requirements into business approaches.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred, including working knowledge of SFDC AI features
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing application downtime and impact on business operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
