We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Carry out industrial cleaning procedures in compliance with safety standards.
- Support commercial cleaning efforts by ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning emergencies or special requests from management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is an asset.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
