Job Title: Physician Relations Manager

Role Summary:
The Physician Relations Manager develops strategic initiatives to nurture and grow Centauri's hospital client outpatient services.
The role involves managing territory, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring market share growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Identify and build relationships with referring physicians, schedulers, and office staff in primary, secondary, and tertiary service areas, and surrounding communities.
- Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the hospital and physician offices to uncover customer needs, concerns, and appreciation. Work with hospital physician liaison(s) to coordinate field activity, market feedback, and follow-up tasks.
- Territory Management: Manage territory strategically to increase the number of referrals to the facility and drive imaging and other OP volumes. Lead multiple marketing initiatives by developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the hospital's Marketing team to plan and execute marketing efforts, focusing on referring physicians in the hospital's target market.
- Feedback: Routinely meet with management, radiology director, other service line Directors, marketing, and radiologists to provide feedback received from customers and market information.
- Research: Research and stay abreast of news and technological advancements in the field of medical imaging and other designated service lines.
- Data Security: Ensures safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organization's information security policies.
Requirements:
- 3 years sales experience required, preferably in healthcare or medical device.
- Highly effective organizational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Possess existing relationships with physicians/medical offices in the immediate territory preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree.
