What You'll Do:
- Strengthen Our Brand: Create forms that reinforce our promise to policyholders.
- Ensure Accuracy: Make sure forms reach our partners accurately and timely through our distribution system.
- Stay Compliant: Keep us in line with regulatory requirements.
- Stay Competitive: Help us stay ahead in the business lines we serve.
- Drive Profitability: Ensure we remain profitable to continue helping policyholders.
- Anticipate Future Needs: Be aware of future risks and opportunities to better serve our policyholders.
Your Daily Adventures:
- Form Mastery: Draft, file, and implement forms with our regulatory and internal partners, including system, claims, product, and marketing teams.
- Content Analysis: Analyze, format, and coordinate referencing to related forms.
- Research Guru: Dive into state insurance laws, regulations, bulletins, and competitors’ offerings.
- Claims Consultant: Review claim files and consult with claims teams for adherence to policy guidelines.
- Innovator: Participate in new product research and development.
- Coverage Analyst: Provide coverage analysis for underwriting and product teams on pressing market issues.
- Trend Spotter: Monitor claim activity and loss ratios to identify new trends.
- Relationship Builder: Develop working relationships with State DOIs, Claims, Product, and underwriting teams.
- Library Keeper: Ensure our forms library is relevant, accessible, and effective.
Tools of the Trade:
- Department of Insurance websites, bulletins.
- S&P Global/ISO/Public SERFF Access.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF).
What You Bring to the Table:
- Expertise: High familiarity with personal lines property forms, including endorsements and exclusions.
- Project Management: Ability to prioritize, set expectations, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Research Skills: Superior research capabilities.
- Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret data and develop action plans.
- Independence: Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn new applications and systems.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the insurance industry.
- Minimum of 2 years in personal lines, homeowner’s product development, claims, underwriting, or related experience.
