Purpose :
The Training Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing training initiatives for large clients, ensuring the successful delivery of both onsite and virtual sessions. This role collaborates closely with the Onboarding Project Manager to manage training logistics, conducts Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for contract trainers, and engages directly with clients to customize and align training content with their needs. A strong understanding of the company’s Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) products is essential. This position requires exceptional project management skills, customer engagement expertise, and the flexibility to travel 20–30% of the time to support onsite training efforts.
Position Responsibilities :
Training Project Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison for large client training projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding Project Manager to coordinate seamless delivery of onsite and virtual training sessions.
- Review and customize training materials to meet client-specific needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and overall execution of training sessions, ensuring successful outcomes.
