DESCRIPTION
:The Warehouse Support Lead role involves a variety of responsibilities within the warehouse, including, but not limited to, inventory management support, tool calibration management, and parts processing. This role also provides assistance to field operations by transporting parts and necessary tools, supporting both routine FIELD services and installations. Additional duties include stocking and maintaining warehouse inventory and, when required, performing minor repairs
.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITI
- ESAssist customer service engineers with installations, equipment changeovers, and repair
- s.Follow all Warehouse standard operating procedures, policies, and safety precaution
- s.Process parts and work orders promptly using the service softwar
- e.Collaborate and coordinate with Service Support to address and resolve daily challenge
- s.Operate within standard operating procedures and job safety guidelines under the general supervision of customer service engineer
- s.Communicate with customer service engineers regarding work in progress and completed wor
- k.Operate forklifts and truck
- s.Deliver and pick up parts in the Centella territor
- y.Move parts, equipment, and materials to warehouse storag
- e.Unload parts, equipment, and materials from pallets and truck
- s.Stage tools, equipment, and materials for loading and deliver
- y.Package equipment and materials for shipping including wrapping, boxing and labelin
- g.Move waste from work area to dumpster
- s.Turn off and lock up equipment when not in us
- e.Serve as a backup for other warehouse staff when necessa
