What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Organizational Change Manager position at Centene Management Company LLC?

- Develop and apply a set of targeted, actionable OCM plans, including communication plan, coaching plan, sponsor roadmap, resistance management plan and training plan for large complex projects
- Drive communication plans through design, development, delivery and management of communications, to all levels of organization to ensure support, awareness and engagement with the change initiative
- Work with executives including senior leadership to define the overall OCM strategy
- Create and manage measurement systems in order to track utilization, adoption, and proficiency of change
- Work with project teams in integrating change activities into the overall project plan
- Monitor communications flows. Identify ways to reduce misinformation, collect feedback, and measure communications effectiveness
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in an easy to understand and logical manner
- Identify performance or resistance gaps and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with business, training, communication, marketing teams to support project implementation
- Plan/conduct focus groups with employees including senior leadership and executive staff and analyze findings across the organization
- Lead organizational change management strategy sessions for continuous process improvement
- Coach and mentor organizational change management team members
- Review/modify organizational change management framework, tools and templates
Licenses/Certifications: Change Management Certification (e.g.PROSCI) preferredPay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year
