What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Vice President, Risk Adjustment position at Centene Management Company LLC?

Position Purpose: Oversees execution and management of strategic initiatives supporting the Medicare line of business. Responsible for overseeing data driven analyses that support product development and financial forecasting.
- Serves as the subject matter expert to product team, health plans, encounter submissions teams, and actuarial teams communicating the impact of risk adjustment and the risk mix of Centene's membership
- Drives the financial goal setting process for risk adjustment scores and impact to Centene
- Supports compliance, RADV and other audit processes related to risk adjustment
- Develops annual operating plans and outlines goals, targets, and initiatives to support growth, quality, and affordability
- Partners with executive leadership to identify and monitor strategic priorities
- Supports corporate Quality Improvement plan and market Quality Improvement plan to achieve target HEDIS results
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience required
- 8 years experience in strategy, financial operations, or consulting experience in the Healthcare, Insurance, or financial services industry required
- 1 years experience of direct people leadership including the management of other people leaders preferred
- 3 years experience of supervisory/management preferred
