Strategy Manager

Position Purpose: Lead complex data analysis projects, make strategic recommendations, and oversee the work of other analysts in support of both market and corporate initiatives.

• Analyze competitor data/landscape, develop competitive dashboards, provides analytical insights (e.g., expansion, new products, M&A targets), and provide recommendations to leadership on potential next steps.
• Lead and mentor data analysts of variable skill and practice levels.
• Lead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies.
• Responsible for keeping abreast of business needs and issues related to the success of the Medicare product based on regulatory or policy changes, contract changes, industry trends and/or corporate goals.
• Support the strategic and business planning process and lead larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to deliver on annual business and strategic plans.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master of Business Administration or equivalent is plus. 4 years of experience in health care market analysis, strategic planning, compliance, corporate development, or equivalent business experience along with prior experience functioning as a lead. Strong Project Management and Lean Six Sigma skillset highly preferred. Solid analytic skillset (SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.

Salary : $86,000 - $154,700
