Position Purpose: Define and direct the marketing and community outreach functions in accordance with the mission, philosophy, and objectives of the company. Establish a brand and presence in the community. Support and oversight of health plan activities.
- Lead, develop, and implement health plan or product strategic and tactical marketing plans, community affairs, and related initiatives to grow membership
- Oversee the health plan's development, coordination and production of marketing activities
- Analyze reports and records on department activities for effective decision making. Produce accurate and timely reports needed for contractual or business needs
- Identify department and project needs and develop process and systems to meet needs
- Build and maintain internal and external business relationships within the community
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related area. 5 years of experience in community development, marketing or branding, preferably in a government sponsored healthcare environment.
Ability to obain Life, Accident and Health Insurance license within 90 days and valid Drivers License strongly preferred.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
