KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning & Initiation : Develop comprehensive project plans, review and negotiate contracts, and create detailed budgets and schedules.
- Budget & Resource Management : Oversee project budgets to ensure profitability, manage resource allocation, and control costs without compromising quality.
- Execution & Monitoring : Lead project execution with a focus on timelines, quality control, and risk management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and build strong relationships.
