This full-time role with a Greater Cincinnati organization will lead a total team of 21 across multiple nearby sites, ensuring collaboration, operational excellence, and meaningful community impact.
The Director of Programs will design and implement transformative youth-focused initiatives, engage diverse stakeholders, and ensure sustainability through innovative solutions. By identifying emerging community needs and leveraging strategic partnerships, this leader will shape the future of youth programming while delivering measurable, lasting change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a mission-driven culture of innovation and inclusion.
- Program Development & Community Engagement - Create and ensure existing impactful youth programs in education, career development, and leadership while building strong partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community leaders.
- Innovation & Strategic Growth - Identify trends, develop forward-thinking strategies, and integrate technology to enhance program effectiveness.
- Program Strategy & Performance - Align programs with organizational goals, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Advocacy & Outreach - Champion policies and initiatives that support youth empowerment and lead awareness campaigns.
