Job Description
Our growing construction firm is looking for a dedicated Construction Professional Assistant. This position would serve as the back-office support in in accounting under the supervision of our accounting manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively as well as independently and report to the accounting manager.
· Create AIA invoices
· Enter AR and AP invoices
· Create Waivers and sworn statements
· File paperwork into job files and financial files
· Run monthly billing reports for PM’s
· Enter background checks for new hires and yearly updates
· Enter driver background checks
· Answer the business phones
· Request Notice of Commencements and create and send Notice of Furnishings on projects.
· Compile all employee time for the week and fill out the timecard spread sheet.
· Type out panel schedules and quote letters
Required Experience
· Experience in answering phones and customer relations.
· Experience in accounting including entering AP/AR invoices, balancing to statements, and reconciling accounts.
· Experience in creating waivers and sworn statements.
Hourly Wage
· Based on experience
