Alternative administrator to manage the daily operations of home health care agency. Responsible for: Scheduling staff, Recruiting and training new staff, managing finances and budgets, and ensuring that everyone has what they need to do their job
Key Responsibilities
· Leadership & Operations: Ensuring the quality of the agency's operations. Direct daily operations, ensure compliance with agency standards, and oversee resource budgeting and utilization.
· Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of the agency's operations
- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with leadership and ownership to strategically guide the organization. Planning and achieving objectives that align with the agency's goals
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Associate or bachelor’s from an accredited institution, with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health. (Required)
- Technical Proficiency: Experience Axxess is preferred.
